Delivery is available within a 20 km radius of our service areas.
Customers agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.
Orders, once placed, cannot be modified. Cancellation may be possible under certain conditions.
Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Canceled orders eligible for a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Once order cancel will not be replacing newly you have to order it again.
Payments must be made through accepted methods (COD, Netbanking, Credit/Debit cards, UPI, etc.).

We currently offer delivery services in Kolhewadi and Kharadi, Pune.
Selecting a delivery time slot through the application is mandatory to ensure timely and efficient service.
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Orders can be pre-booked up to 3 days in advance. This policy is subject to change based on operational requirements.
We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, traffic).
Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the selected slot.
If a delivery attempt is missed, redelivery will be scheduled within 24–28 hours. To arrange this, please contact Green Safe Agro Farm Customer Support in advance.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
